A very,very,inexperienced Fairpoint person said that I would be reconnected on 12/13. When I tried, I was told that was not going to happen.

So I had to reapply for service and told that I would not to be connected until 12/19! This is unacceptable! So I'm down for two weeks! I have a business and losing $.

What the *** is going on with Fairpoint? You want 100 words? I don't think I can supply a hundred words without getting too vulgar about Fairpoint.

They can take a minute to turn off my service and take two weeks to reconnect. This is nothing but incompetence!
