WHY IS FAIRPOINT ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO MISSTREAT CUSTOMERS
I’ve missed worked twice now because they tell me they will be here to set up internet and no call and no show. Call them and they have the attitude oh well. How is it possible a lawsuit has not been brought up against them for their extreme lack of respect and continually costing the consumers even more money wether from time missed at work waiting around or over charging people???
Fairpoint - Fair point Sucks
After moving in to a new house ot was a month and a half before they could come to hook up, we called a week before to confirm the appointment, guess what, they never showed up, or called.
