WORST SEVICE EVER.Have had them for two years and nothing but problems, they can't keep the internet up and running and Tech is some third party contracted group that doesn't know that they're doing.
They have scheduled a technician to come out and address my modem connection issues three times on the phone only to have the field office perform a 'remote connection test' and close out my open ticket without resolving the problem and I have to call back (by the way they don't have the decency to tell you the ticket was closed out you have to find that out on your own by calling them back...three times in a row!).
I hate Comcast but at least they are up and running and they come if you need them to.Don't waste your time or money or Effort with them.
Reason of review: not fixing it.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: FIX IT.
I didn't like: Customer service only open on weekdays, Dont fix the it issues and dont tell you, Commit to sending a repair person who never comes.
